發呆。。。

從小到大,某程度上都喜歡發呆,最近我才發現原來發呆是自己減壓的最好方法。

過了一陣蜜月期,工作上又變得慘無人道,不知道可否繼續做下去,只知道過得一日得一日,捱得幾時得幾時,當我感覺到很大壓力時,我便會發呆,怎麼也不想,這個方法對我很有效,發呆的時間有長有短,有時是坐着,有時是散步,很多時候我的神經就會漸漸地鬆馳了!

所以,如果有機會碰到我在發呆,不要以為我是有什麼心事不開心,我只是讓腦袋空白一會,鎮定神經吧了!

蜜月期還會再出現嗎?還是要自己積極去尋找它呢?

在繁忙中尋找小樂趣,
例如吃個美味的甜品,
也可以讓身心舖暢!
