I always like working in large firms and multi-national ones. It's the matrix reporting system I like. It's good that my boss is NOT the one really paying me. He/She is also just an employee. I think this kind of relationship is easier to handle.
I like working in Central, and preferrably the most prestigious building. I once worked for a few days in a small local firm and the feeling was just not good, even though it's also in Central but not a very prestigious building.
