| 最近有朋友問過我，看過什麼書會改變了我，我覺得看書不會令我有轉變，因為很多時候，看書是享受那過程，很多時候，看完也會忘記的！ 但，反覆想這條問題的時候，我想起這段聖經裡的文字，十分喜歡，相信也是會改變我對愛的看法和怎樣去面對愛： 愛是恒久忍耐 又有恩慈 愛是不嫉妒 愛是不自誇 不張狂 不作害羞的事 不求自己的益處 不 輕易發怒 不計算人的惡 不喜歡不義 只喜歡真理 凡事包容,凡事相信,凡事盼望,凡事忍耐 愛是永不止息！ 特別喜歡這四句：凡事包容,凡事相信,凡事盼望,凡事忍耐！ 從前的我，不會做到經文裡的東西，但現在的我，好肯定的，我可以做得到！ |

Last year, when I am very depress due to a critical personal problem, one of my dear colleague gave me a bible as my birthday present. She left a note in it and pointed me to the words you have mention, giving me encouragement and enlightenment along the way.
This dear friend will be having her birthday on 7 July (coming soon). I will be there to gave her my blessing too.
