| 和史路比聽了一場大提琴演奏會, 好聽呀, 竟然最喜歡的是"encore"部份, 全場十分寧靜, 自己完任投入在音樂中, 很短的一首樂章, 但拉奏得很好呀, 可能Truis Mork (cellist) 已經比正式演奏時放鬆下來了! 我還想繼續聽, 真的不想離去呀! 香港好像很少大提琴演奏會, 也很期待再有大師來演奏! 叵到家, 意猶未盡, 再開著Jacqueline du Pre演奏的Elgar concerto 聽, 她是世界公認拉奏這首樂章最好的大提琴家, 不知現在還是嗎?? 希望可以學好大提琴, 不需要好, 拉奏出音準也很滿足了! |

Good to know your passion about Cello. Really admire you can manage to do 2 instruments. When I was young, I played the violin too but I eventually choose piano because I knew I wouldn't have enough time to do both well. Played the flute for a few months last year because I found one at home and I think it's very elegant hold a flute. Again, couldn't manage the time when I took up Jazz and had the showcase.

Ruth, I am still worried whether or not I can manage 2 instruments together and I have a full time job as well + the heavy work load in these few months, difficult time ahead!
Snoopy, you mean the solo in the first part or the whole recital? For me, he was more passionate and relaxed in the encore part and the 1st part solo, might be a bit tensed and not so sentimental.

I also concurred that the encore was the best part. The Elgar concerto was not passionate enought. I still like du pre more!
we were sitting on the upper level 2nd row left to the cellist!

I was sitting at the second last row of the stall, facing the cellist.
What's the price of your seats?
