This is something I also fear a lot when my parents become older and older and I always avoid thinking about this. My Dad is 71 and my Mom is 67. From time to time I had nightmaires and I cried. Well, I don't know how to comfort you. Yet, as CM said, the situation may not be as bad as you think. Just want you to know, we are here for you to share your feelings. Just ask us out if you want to find someone to talk to. Back you up!

深呼吸 - 是有用的當我要忍住唔喊!
遠離 = 小小逃避
我和Cuckoo害怕的東西很相似. 爸媽年紀開始大了, 身體容易有毛病. 但媽媽的年紀真的不算大. 有時, 寧願自己生病, 也不想他們辛苦. 他們養大我們已經夠辛苦, 而家應該係享福的時候呀!
若果情況不惡化, 也會安心一點!
我的媽是長期病患者。要害怕嗎?也害怕不了多少。多點時間陪她就是了。
因為事發很突然, 需要時間去接受! 看到親人受到疾病的折磨, 感覺真的好好難受!
親人病了, 別自我傷心 -- 那也傷自己身, 要自己更開心, 多帶給他們歡樂, 為他們祈福, 默默傳達健康的能量給他們.
這是心靈治療法, 我相信的!
