I think I know what's happening. Take Ponston 500. It works for me and many people. I don't know why taking 2 Ponston 250 doesn't work. There's one Yogao pose that helps me and I have been okay for a number of months now.
Same for me, I need to take it before the pain starts. Some doctors say we should take pain killer before getting really painful because after a certain threshold, even a lot of pain killer won't be able to stop it.

一個配方,可以一試:去藥材店買益母草,加一粒蛋,煲几個鐘,跟著喝湯和吃蛋.可以吃蛋先,因為好好吃,湯就不是這么好喝,不過就勉強喝吧,兩個月后見效.我只喝了兩次,就ok啦.

Ruth, 我已有Ponston 500, 但我有一粒比500還要大, 是否750呢??
最大問題是, 我要未痛吃Ponston 才有效, 否則吃了都沒有用, 昨天我也有食, 但相信遲了! 但是, 我不喜歡未痛吃定藥的, 因為有時痛是可以捱得住, 不需要吃藥的呀! 所以我覺得好煩, 每一次心理壓力也很大, 尤其在公司裡!

益母草15g,雞蛋一只,加水同煮,雞蛋熟后去殼,吃蛋飲湯.來經前几天飲.
不過,我手上共有八個配方來調經,不知你的是不是這種? 這個配方是治血瘀型痛經,即是有血塊.不如我將八個配方一起放在blog,你參考,ok?
